While sitting in a Belize bar one day a man came in, Grizzled and salty looking, his clothes a bit worn ,he had a wooden leg, a hook for a hand and a patch over one eye. AY Captain! Ah! Well after the whale took me leg, I was thrown ashore as it was for a time in the Gloster area. It was here I hired out on a fishing sloop working off the Grand Banks. I were long-lining, fishing in small dingy, away from the mother ship. I hooked a large scrod, I was reaching down to pull him in when a shark came up from no whare and bit off me hand !!!!
